Mould (or mold) is a natural part of the environment and can be found almost anywhere that moisture and oxygen are present.
However, when this moisture is confined inside, or in a microclimate (example, in your wall or under a floor), it can turn into mould. Mould often grows within 48 hours.
Mould instinctively is born to colonize and destroy and harm everything it grows on.
Acting timely is vital as mould can lead to a variety of health problems as microscopic spores become airborne. Mould overexposure can lead to skin irritation, itchy and red eyes, wheezing, and nose stuffiness.
